Jeff Dopson, the Principal, has a wealth of experience in personal and commercial finance. He had 30 years’ experience working with a Major Global Bank before entering the Intermediary market in 2004. His knowledge and experience will help guide and support you through the whole experience of buying, re-mortgaging or financing a property plus guiding you through the various options for protection.

Barry Warner is an Associate Adviser and joined the team in 2016 after 30yrs with a major High Street lender. He is passionate about providing a High-Quality Service to clients and with his experience in dealing with mortgages at all levels brings another dynamic to the team with excellent knowledge of lender requirements and advising on protection options.

Suman Nanda joined the company in 2012 after 38 years with a Major Global Bank. She is passionate about providing guidance on various forms of protection including Mortgage Cover, Income Protection and Level term Assurance. Sue also provides valuable paraplanning support to the principal during protection applications. Sue is multilingual.

Kapil Modhvadia joined the team in November 2021. From initially supporting the principal with all mortgage and protection applications he has progressed to a qualified practising adviser this year having passed all the required qualifications in 2024. He is multilingual and passionate about providing a high-quality service and good advice. He has a wealth of practical experience providing customer service having worked in his family business before moving to Hounslow. He manages the office on a daily basis.

Koyel Chakladar rejoined the team in March 2022. Koyel holds her CeMAP qualification and has recently completed the Certification as a Specialist Practitioner in Specialist Property Finance, further strengthening her industry expertise. She is now progressing towards becoming a fully qualified independent mortgage adviser. Koyel is multilingual and has successfully assisted clients with a range of complex cases under the supervision and guidance of our principal.

Arenya Suriyakumaran joined the team in October 2025. Ari graduated in Accounting and Finance, in July. She is looking forward to augmenting the knowledge she gained studying and developing her skills to become a financial adviser. She is passionate about her work, learning quickly and wanting to make a difference to the client experience.
